To promote and develop the social, economic and environmental well-being of the community and residents of Seaford.

About the Partnership Purpose: To make Seaford a better place to live, work and relax. Who is involved? Directors and members are drawn from local residents, plus representatives from groups such as Trees for Seaford (formerly Tree Wardens), Youth Forum, Seaford  Residents’ Voice, Seaford Museum & Heritage Society, Community Cinema, Cycle Seahaven, Community Rail Partnership, Seaford Rotary, Martello Rotary, the Seaford Chamber of Commerce, Seaford Town Council, Lewes District Council, and East Sussex County Council. What has been accomplished? Since being setup in 2000 the Partnership has, amongst other things, developed: The Shoal Community Bench, designed by gardener Gabby Tofts and local sculptor Christian Funnell, is located on the sea defence groyne at Splash Point. We Work closely with: Seaford Town Council, Lewes District Council and East Sussex County Council and voluntary bodies, (such as, the Seaford Chamber of Commerce, Martello Historic Society, etc, to improve the environment. • Plant and maintain trees (Tree wardens) • Enhance the seafront (e.g. Shoal Community Bench at Splash Point, Exercise Path, Beach Garden, All age outdoor gym, etc) and town centre (e.g Heritage Trail) • Contribute to the economic regeneration of the town (e.g working within Impact Seaford, Gateway Project) • Assist with planning the future housing development and green spaces in the town (Seaford Neighhbourhood Plan)
