Uckfield Community Fridge CIC

As a community fridge, we aim to reduce food waste and redistribute surplus food to our community whilst bringing people together. In essence, local businesses and residents donate excess (but within use-by date) food, and we share it with those in the community that can use it - for free! This not only reduces food waste, but also helps those that might need a top up to the food shop that week. We are open to all and this really is a project for everyone to take part in! We have worked with many local businesses and organisations, and are very proud of the the support of local residents and our volunteers, the lifeblood of Uckfield Community Fridge.
