We are a local mental health charity (CIO 1192088) who provide activity based support groups for people in The Ashdown Forest area, who are suffering from mental illness or stress (including when this is related to difficult life events, physical illness or social isolation). We have mental health professionals cofacilitating groups with subject teachers.
