Making Magical Moments

provides day services including days out for people with dementia and other generic diseases support for carers and respite ,to provide socialization and stimulation to clients to improve their daily lives.

Making Magical Moments offer two sessions a week: a Tuesday group session, currently based at Seaford Scout Hut, and our Thursday out-and-about days where we visit a range of places in the local area. Our trained members of staff and experienced volunteers are passionate about the care they provide, giving you the confidence that your loved ones will be in safe hands and well looked after. Many of our staff have been with us from the very beginning, meaning we can build meaningful relationships with our clients and tailor our service to individual needs. Due to our location, we target our service to those living within the Seaford and Newhaven area.
