Headway Sussex

We are the Sussex charity for people with a brain injury. Enabling people to reach their full potential through hubs in Newick, Brighton and Eastbourne offering activities that promote wellbeing and reablement, in a supported, friendly, and sociable environment. Our free Helpline is here to offer advice and support to all those effected by acquired brain injury and other professionals. Our specialist community support (in people’s homes) recognises that the effects of everyone’s brain injury is different, and support should be personalised to ensure positive outcomes (We do not offer personal or overnight care). We offer free Living Well Support Groups in Eastbourne, Brighton, Crawley, Worthing, and Bognor Regis for clients and their families, with the opportunity get advice and support from each other and our Group Facilitators. Our Counselling Service has highly trained and experienced counsellors giving expert support to clients and their families. The Wellbeing Call service provides contact and support for those unable to access our other services. Please do give us a call or email us so that we can see how we can best support you.
