Volunteer Buddies - Recruitment call!

the Refugee Buddy Project, established in 2017 is currently looking for local Volunteers who would love to become Buddies with refugees living in Wealden and Eastbourne areas.

Being a Buddy is a very rewarding and empowering activity, where you learn about new cultures, meet new people and most important become the one who gives invaluable support and helps refugees to: build local connections, integrate into the local community, get to know the local area, as well improve English language skills by just having an informal conversation.

Are you ready to help with all mentioned above and commit to the Volunteering role at least 1 hour a week for 6 months. If your answer is Yes, then You are the one we are looking for!
