We are looking for a volunteer who can help us to provide outstanding supporter care to our team of ‘Dream Makers’. Our Dream Makers campaign was set up in 2023 to celebrate Children with Cancer Fund’s 25th Birthday. Each Dream Maker, whether that be a business or an individual, donates £25 per month to support the sustainability of CWCF. We would like the volunteer to be the first point of contact for all Dream Makers from initial enquiry, to sign up and beyond.

Some of the key tasks will include administrating the signup of new Dream Makers, maintaining an excel database, preparing and sending out welcome packs, curating a quarterly e-newsletter, gathering content for social media, communicating with Dream Makers regularly via email and telephone and planning and attending Dream Maker celebration events. The volunteer will work closely with our Media and Communications Assistant, Alix, and Co-Founder of CWCF, Chris.

Approximately 2 hours a week on one of the following days:
• Mondays between 10am-12pm
• Wednesdays between 2-4pm
• Fridays between 9:30am-11:30am
