The funding is to be used as follows:

• Small Grants – provide funding to projects that support those in need of a safe and secure home. Grants may only be used for capital expenditure (that is, to purchase items used to directly help those in need).

UK registered charities may apply for a:

• Small Grant if their turnover is less than £1 million. They can be working anywhere in the UK.

Small grants application window for 2025:

• 20 December 2024 to 10 February 2025 for consideration at the 26 March 2025 meeting.
• 11 February 2025 to 9 May 2025 for consideration at the 25 June 2025 meeting.
• 10 May 2025 to 11 August 2025 for consideration at the 1 October 2025 meeting.
• 12 August 2025 to 3 November 2025 for consideration at the 3 December 2025 meeting.
