Heritage and Mental Health at a National Level: An Online Round Table co-hosted with the Restoration Trust and the Wellbeing and Heritage Working Group led by Historic England and the Council for British Archaeology
You are invited to join us to explore and consider the benefits, challenges and opportunities for heritage-based activities and approaches such as social prescribing to support people with mental health problems and promoting mental health and wellbeing for all.
The roundtable will feature a panel of speakers providing context and the latest information on their work with an introduction by Dr Desi Gradinarova, Historic England & representing National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) and Darren France, the Restoration Trust.
There will be discussion in small groups exploring topics about mental health and wellbeing in relation to issues such as: Children and Young People (CYP); Neighbourhoods; Coastal communities and climate change; Loneliness.
Who it is for: The Wellbeing and Heritage Working Group and those working in and with experience in mental health and wellbeing; social care; social prescribing; Voluntary and Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCSFE); education; arts & culture; heritage; green or blue space.
