Free NHS Health Checks at Chamber House

One You East Sussex are coming to Chamber House to offer free health checks to anyone aged between 40 and 74.

These checks include blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar (if needed) and general health. They take just 30-40 minutes and will be carried out  in a private room at Chamber House Eastbourne

Eligibility Criteria for Health Checks:

• Aged 40-74
• Not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years
• No existing diagnoses or medication for high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, kidney disease, or any other heart related issues such as atrial fibrillation
• Must live in or be registered with a GP in East Sussex

• A quick health and lifestyle assessment
• Height, weight, and blood pressure measurements
• A simple finger-prick blood test for cholesterol (and blood sugar if needed)
• Dementia awareness information
• Same-day results with tailored health advice
