Eastbourne Nurture Group Sessions are on a Monday starting at 9:30am each week and last, for 90 minutes, Sevanti will be holding a supportive and nourishing space for quiet meditation, movement, reflection and affirmation, including visualisation, yoga nidra and relaxation. A quiet space to rest and rejuvenate. There is a lovely cafe at the studio. Please arrive 10 minutes before the sessions start. What will happen in the weekly Nurture sessions? The emphasis in each session is on taking care of ourselves, loosening the body and learning techniques to soothe and relax ourselves in stressful situations. The session offers an opportunity to sense the resilience and strength which lies within us all, aligning with stillness, rest and grounding. Our sessions will be held at the Natural Fitness and Therapies Centre in Eastbourne, there is a cafe onsite if you would like to stay and have a coffee and chat afterwards What dates are the Nurture sessions? 17th June 1st July 15th July 9th Sep 7th October

Come and join us for an fabulous fashion evening hosted by Travelling Trends and Association of Carers, consisting of a fashion show and a chance to buy heavily discounted clothes from big brands! On Tuesday 1st October 2024 at the Sovereign Harbour Community Centre, Pevensey Bay Road, Eastbourne, England BN23 6JH - doors open 6:30pm, show starts at 7pm. Tickets are £10 each, including a flute of Prosecco or soft drink on arrival. Tickets must be purchased before the event.
