NEW monthly dance based activity sessions for Carers and their loved ones in the Wealden area.

Do you want to enjoy moving to music again? Come along and immerse yourself in a range of movements to improve your own strength, balance and coordination while socialising with other Carers.

All abilities and health conditions catered for, includes seated options throughout. Led by a professional, experienced and friendly dance teacher trained in dance for health conditions.

First Monday of the month from 6th January to 4th August.

Bring the person you care for to join in and share the experience. Our Café Coordinator and Volunteers will be on hand for participants.
