We are a user led charity supporting people of all ages , carers and friends with physical health like symptomatic hypermobility (EDS HSD ) fibro. ME/CFS IBS and neurodivergence Autism ADHD dyspraxia Tourettes dyscalculia and more. We support members diagnosed or not and their families. We signpost them where we can and involve them in surveys or studies by researchers or other forums if they want' We run support meetings when possible and expert webinars with specialists and but also empower each other to run them. We also work closely with allied professionals.
