Linking Lives Eastbourne

We are focused on community responses to loneliness, with a particular emphasis on befriending the older socially isolated person. For some we may be able to introduce them to community activities and help them rediscover community.

• Telephone befriending, a regular phone call.
• In Person visits a weekly or fortnightly visit.
• Along side, we will accompany you to an activity of your choice for 3-6 months until you feel comfortable.
• Friends Cafe, a monthly meeting over a tea or coffee with plenty of people to chat to.
