Welcome to our Mediation Service

Established in 1995 our service has a proven track record of helping people to resolve conflict. We facilitate positive, constructive discussions; enabling people to hear one another and to resolve their differences.

FAMILY MEDIATION - Mediation East Sussex offers Family Mediation (divorce or separation) to help agree arrangements for children and/or finance and property. We provide Family Mediation across Sussex. Family Mediation meetings are available via videoconference or in-person at our office in St Leonards.

This is a fee-based service but we hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to deliver family mediation FREE OF CHARGE to those eligible.

NEIGHBOURHOOD MEDIATION - Hastings & Rother Mediation offers mediation to residents in the Borough of Hastings and the District of Rother. This service is free if you are referred by the Police or Optivo Housing Association or by Rother District Council.

TIME 2 TALK – Intergenerational Mediation between children/young people and their parent/s or carer/s. We support families across Hastings & Rother to help them communicate better and work together to find solutions to the difficulties they are facing within the family. This is a free service.
