• Work strategically in Eastbourne; • Generate projects and events which will inspire both individual and shared creativity; • Generate work that stimulates enjoyment and appreciation of creative disciplines; • Work, using creativity, across social, faith, cultural, gender, sexuality, age, disability and economic difference, to develop social cohesion in local community; • Empower local people to take ownership of and regenerate their social and physical environment;
• Develop short and long-term creative projects across all artistic disciplines, with and for our local community; • Work with highly experienced artists to produce and programme new creative work (indoor and outdoor); • Design projects to either / and / or address local social issues, regenerate our local physical environment, promote social cohesion
