BreatheEasy Eastbourne is a registered charity support group that encourages and supports good health and the wellbeing of people who are suffering from Asthma and Chronic Lung Disease in Eastbourne, East Sussex and the surrounding area. To preserve and protect good health among, and relieve the needs of, people who are suffering from Chronic Lung Disease.

By providing support groups which provide information, advice and organised activities which promote a healthier lifestyle including:       singing for lung health,        a specially adapted disabled person’s allotment        walking groups       pulmonary rehabilitation exercise        social outings monthly meetings with invited speakers
