Allsorts is a project based in Brighton to support and empower young people under 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans* or unsure (LGBTU) of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Our Vision To see a world where LGBT+ children and young people are free to be themselves. Our Mission To listen to, connect and support lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and exploring (LGBT+) children, young people and their families through youth work, and challenge exclusion, prejudice and discrimination in all areas of their lives. Our Aims Focus all our work with children and young people on the 5 pillars of youth and community work;

Over 16’s: - Weekly drop-in offering a range of activities, support, networking and food as well as dedicated monthly support groups for mental health and wellbeing, bi/pansexual young people, female identified people and male identified people. We also run a fortnightly trans and gender questioning group - Transformers – which takes place outside of drop-in. Under 16’s: - Fortnightly group for under 16’s called TAG Under 11’s: - Monthly group for trans and gender questioning/exploring children under 11. Other services: - We can offer 1:1 support face-to-face at the YPC, on the telephone, email or facebook. - We deliver bespoke LGBT and Trans specific awareness training to schools, colleges, the NHS and other youth services. - We have a range of youth volunteering opportunities as well as adult volunteer opportunities through our Community Volunteer Scheme.
