NCT Parents in Mind supports new parents who are struggling with their mental wellbeing or feeling alone and unconnected to others that understand how they feel. All our volunteers have their own lived experience and complete accredited perinatal peer support training and offer a welcoming and judgemental free space to our parents. We will be launching a bespoke peer support space for LGBTQIA+ parents and are currently searching for peer supporters who identify as being part of this community to join us. We have training specifically for non-birthing parents starting on Monday evenings 6:30-8:30pm in April (15/04, 22/04, 29/04, 13/05, 20/05 & 03/06)
