Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced office/Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our charity. and support the Managing Director in their role. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and organisational abilities. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient charity operations, and implementing effective processes. Supporting the work involved with the overall growth direction of the charity's 5 year plan. Duties are as follows but not limited to.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative duties
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and streamline operations
- Oversee human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Maintain effective communication channels within the organization
- Ensure compliance with charity policies and procedures
- Handle service user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
