This free service provides:

• telephone advice for anyone struggling to keep warm at home
• advice on financial support

If you are on a low income, you may also be eligible for a home visit which includes:

• an assessment of your home with advice on keeping warm
• small home improvements
• larger home improvements (depending on funding)
• emergency temporary heating
