Please find attached an invitation to register for the East Sussex Money Guiders training programme.

We are introducing a new training programme, supported by the East Sussex Multi-agency Financial Inclusion Programme Steering Group partners.

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) has signed up as a Money and Pension Service (MaPS) programme partner, to enable you to access the ‘East Sussex Money Guiders training’ package for free.

The training programme is open to all workers who act as a contact point for people seeking information about money and finances. This includes Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise organisations (VCSE), housing and supported housing providers, ESCC teams, District and Borough teams (Housing, Revenue and Benefits and customer services teams) and NHS teams (related to social prescribing.) It is for anyone who provides any type of non-regulated money guidance to an individual or groups.

 Please register your interest for the training via the ESCC training team, to be invited to a Money and Pensions Service induction session.

 If your organisation has a large number of employees (over 20) that are interested in the training, there is an opportunity for additional bespoke induction sessions to be set up for individual organisations. For larger organisations with a remit outside of east Sussex please contact Paul Bolton for more information.
