Sussex-based financial support for the voluntary and community sector in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
Funding News is published monthly by East Sussex County Council. The publication shares success stories, information on training courses and details of forthcoming funding opportunities for East Sussex organisations. It is aimed at the voluntary sector, however it also includes some information for individuals and businesses.
The Sussex Crisis Fund supports community and voluntary sector organisations who are leading efforts to support people most affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
Whilst not specifically a crisis fund, the Police Property Act Fund is still open. It supports local projects undertaken by voluntary/charitable organisations that solely benefit the communities of Sussex. Maximum of £500 per organisation or charity. The application needs to be supported by a Sussex Police officer or member of staff who has knowledge of the charity or organisation.
