Active Student Volunteering Service is a programme set up to support students and staff with anything related to volunteering. We work within the University of Brighton but we are specifically employed to work alongside community groups, students and academics to encourage and support volunteering with and through the University of Brighton. We source placements with community groups for students needing to complete many hours volunteering as part of their degree and we also source other opportunities that students (or staff) may wish to engage with in addition to their degree. We ensure that all volunteering placements are enjoyable, safe and rewarding.
