Brighton and Hove Independent Mediation Service will be recruiting and training four new volunteer community mediators early next year. They will be joining our mission: to bring people together to prevent and repair the harm caused by conflict.

We are looking for:
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and reflective practice
- Availability to meet clients during working hours on weekdays

We strive to create a volunteer pool that reflects the diversity of our local community. We warmly invite applications from individuals who identify as:
- From non-white racial and ethnic backgrounds
- Trans, non-binary, or gender-diverse
- Neurodiverse
- Living with disabilities

The dates for the training are not flexible, and so you will need to be able to commit to all the training dates: 30, 31 January, 7, 13, 14 February
