Money Advice and Community Support Service t/a Money Advice Plus
£29,767 - £32,477 per year (Paid)
As Client Services Manager you will be required to lead proactively our Money Advice Team (Eastbourne) and ensure the effective service delivery of the money advice services including debt casework and financial capability.
The successful post holder will be responsible for fostering a positive working culture whilst ensuring a high quality, multi-channel (telephone and digital) money advice service is provided to clients covering the full range of debt and money advice issues.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing our quality of advice framework and implementation, making sure the Charity adheres to the advice quality standard, and including our annual service review.
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of new business and be an active member of the management team.
