The Pearce Foundation provides funding opportunities of up to £2,000 and a range of tailored support activities to help strengthen the capacity of charitable and not-for-profit organisations. They are currently seeking organisations to join their 2025 cohort, beginning in January. Applications close 15th December.

The Foundation’s model combines funding with personalised support, informed by a coaching approach to help organisations grow sustainably. To be eligible, organisations must be based in Sussex, have been operating for two years or less, and have an annual income under £50,000. Interested applicants can complete a short eligibility quiz before applying.
