Working with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities 17th June 12-1.30

The ESSCP has joined up with the ESCC Communications Team to offer FREE places on the Working with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities Webinar – 17th June 2025, 12-1.30 p.m.

As part of our Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month celebrations, we’re pleased to invite you to a session to help you learn more about working with Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller communities. Everyone is welcome!

The session will be presented by Sharron Bryant, the council’s Child Protection Advisor and Independent Reviewing Officer Travelling Community Lead. Sharron will share her professional and personal knowledge and experience, particularly exploring the barriers faced by Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities as well as the barriers for professionals working with them. There will also be signposting to helpful resources for people wanting to learn more following the session.
