We would like to know about how you stay healthy and independent as you get older (ES/VCSE)

At NHS Sussex we are looking at how we can support people, and their carers, as they get older to stay healthy, well and independent. Your views and experiences will directly influence a new service that is being developed to support people to stay well and also help people if they do lose some of their independence.
