So, this is an opportunity for Social Prescribers/Community Navigators/Community Development Workers like yourselves to join an MS Teams call and learn all about the app/platform.

Our Tribe colleagues will be presenting for about 30 minutes, followed by an open discussion to ask questions and explore the functionality of the app/platform.
