Our Community Kitchen project has welcomed individuals who have been staying at the local hotels in Eastbourne to provide homemade meals and a safe space to socialise in. The team also signpost other contacts in the area to assist them with any concerns. The project will be running for 8 weeks every Tuesdays between 3pm to 6pm until Tuesday 5th of December. We would like to thank the donors who supported this initiative through the GoFundMe page from last year, the volunteers who have been supporting each week, and the Eastbourne Women’s Islamic Group who have been providing their unwavering support in providing the ingredients and their time making the weekly meals.
