St Wilfrid’s Hospice Eastbourne offers 6 FREE therapy sessions to adults and to children who have lost loved ones and who need this support in a welcoming, warm and professional environment
If this is of interest to you, you can self-refer yourself or your family for this service or we can do this for you if it would be more helpful; do not hesitate to reach out as mental health support is available to help you at this time. Please note that there is up to a 12 week waiting time to be allocated to this service, so if you feel you may need counselling please don’t delay.
