Breakthrough 3.0 is launching — and our first session is coming up

We’ll be kicking off with a warm welcome and a powerful peer learning session — a chance to connect with others on the programme, explore common challenges and begin shaping the support that’s right for you.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space to think out loud, share your experiences and hear from others — all guided by the >BREAKTHROUGH team.

You’ll be joined by Letitia McConalogue and Fiona Anderson.
Letitia is a seasoned project manager at always possible, with deep expertise in business support, facilitation and mentoring — particularly for creative and purpose-led organisations. Fiona has led some of the UK’s most dynamic innovation and accelerator programmes, supporting hundreds of women in business to find focus, build confidence and unlock growth.

Together, they’ll help surface common themes and early priorities — so that what follows is shaped by you, not pre-designed around assumptions.

We’ll be using what comes up in this session to build relevant, focused workshops that reflect the real challenges and ambitions in the group.
