Information about Eastbourne Borough Council Community Grants and Rent Support Grants proposed savings

• Eastbourne Borough Council (EBC) have opened a consultation. The consultation runs until 5pm on Thursday, October 31. There’s also a consultation drop-in event at the Town Hall on Thursday, October 10, from noon to 7pm. Council officers will be on hand to answer questions about the proposals and provide help giving responses to the consultation for anyone who needs it.

• If your group were to be affected by the planned EBC community grant funding savings, please let us know how and what the likely implications would be via email to emma.millar@3va.org.uk by 12pm on Wednesday 16^th October.
• If you would like to email Emma, it would be helpful if you could tell us about the grant, you are currently in receipt of from EBC and if your grant was reduced what that might mean for reassessing your service delivery, and what you consider the implications would be for your service users.
